Natalija Nikolceva was born in 1983 in Riga and started painting from early childhood. In 1999 met Latvian artist Irina Sobolevskaya, who became her art tutor.

Whatever a conversation is about she always end up talking about the sea. The reason for her painting is an attempt to compensate for the shortage of sunlight in her native Latvia with bright colors. She have a very positive outlook on the world around her and has a very strong believe that you get what you give.

Natalija lives and works in Riga, Latvia.
